Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia (PR1MA) will accept applications for seven PR1MA housing projects in Kuala Lumpur, Perak, Kedah, Malacca and Johor.
The PR1MA home ownership will make it a step closer for middle-income earners to own a house as 7,116 units will be made available, it said on Friday.
These projects are PR1MA @ Alam Damai, Kuala Lumpur; PR1MA @ Bandar Meru Raya, Perak; PR1MA @ Sungai Petani 1, Kedah; PR1MA @ Kuala Ketil, Kedah; PR1MA @ Bandar Layangkasa, Johor; PR1MA @ Terbrau, Johor; and PR1MA @ Melaka Tengah 1.
It said the prices would be affordable as they would be at least 20% lower than the market price.
PR1MA chief executive officer CEO Datuk Abdul Mutalib Alias said this was a day the public has been eagerly waiting for, especially PR1MA house applicants.
“This process demonstrates PR1MA’s ongoing commitment with another step forward to achieving Malaysians’ middle income earners vision of owning a home, who have a monthly household income of between RM2,500 and RM10,000.”
PR1MA house applicants can apply for their selected housing development projects through the PR1MA website at www.pr1ma.my. The closing date is Feb 28, 2015.
For those who have yet to register, they can do it online and apply. Registration is a one-off process while applications can be made more than once.
