South New offers residential units, office towers and shopping mall

KL Gateway is centrally located and serviced by the LRT too

Enhancing the living standard of residents within its developments has always been what property developer Suez Capital Sdn Bhd strives to achieve.

Its latest development, the KL Gateway, located on 3.11ha of land in Bangsar South, is one such example.

The “green vertical township”, comprising five blocks of residential towers, two blocks of Grade-A corporate office towers, a shopping centre and an upcoming residential block, will be launched next year.

Suez Capital general manager Vera Lee said the residential units would be fitted with air-conditioners, water heaters, built-in wardrobes, kitchen cabinets and appliances as well as a washer-cum-dryer.

“Residents with an active lifestyle can enjoy the fully-equipped gymnasium, while those looking for some quiet time can take a dip in the infinity and lap pools,” she said.

There will also be a jogging trail that is set against a backdrop of lush greenery, while a 24-hour security system working in the background ensures peace of mind as the residents enjoy the amenities.

On top of all this is the KL Gateway Mall. It will have an approximate gross floor area of 46,452sq m and it is designed to accommodate more than 200 retail units, making it a suitable venue for retail therapy and social networking as well as an ideal place to relax.

On the corporate office towers, Lee said there would be two blocks with 212 and 246 units respectively.

“The towers, accredited with the Green Building Index (GBI) certificate, come with comprehensive facilities such as a reception lobby, executive lounge and fully equipped meeting rooms,” she said.

The project, which commenced in 2012, offers easy connectivity to three major expressways – the Federal Highway, the New Pantai Expressway and the Kerinchi Link.

Public transportation would be via the Putra LRT KL Gateway, with Universiti Station being the access point.

“About 95% of our units in KL Gateway, be it residential or office units, are sold out.

“Some of the towers like the corporate office and residential blocks are targeted to be completed in 2016.

“The KL Gateway Mall will also be opened next year,” Lee concluded. - By The Star
