The wide range of property offerings by 14 reputable developers has attracted a big turnout on the second of the four-day StarProperty.my Fair. It ends tomorrow at Tropicana City Mall here.
The fair is organised by StarProperty.my with its premium partners IJM Land, Tropicana Corp Bhd and Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd.
The participating developers are Ekovest Bhd, IJM Land, Mah Sing Group Bhd, Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd, UEM Sunrise Bhd and See Hoy Chan Sdn Bhd Group and DK-MY Properties Sdn Bhd, Ireka Engineering & Construction Sdn Bhd, Land & General Bhd, Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd, Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd, Sime Darby Brunsfield Holding Sdn Bhd, Titijaya Land Bhd and Alfranko Development Sdn Bhd.
Shuy Eng Leong, the chief operating officer of Bandar Rimbayu Sdn Bhd, a unit of IJM Land, said the developer was offering special promotions for its new projects at its two flagship townships – Periwinkle and Wisteria in Bandar Rimbayu – and also Danau Perintis in Shah Alam 2.
For Periwinkle, which comprises double-storey linked semi-detached houses, purchasers at the fair can enjoy a package called the “36 Rewards” promotion.
“Buyers will get 36 months of defect liability period, 36 months of free general security services and 36 months of Rimbayu Club subscription fees (when the Club is ready),” Shuy said.
“In addition, for both Periwinkle and Wisteria (the first gated and guarded development in Bandar Rimbayu), buyers are entitled to a 2% rebate and an RM8,000 cash rebate when they sign the Sale & Purchase Agreement within 14 days.”
IJM Land senior general manager Hoo Kim See said Danau Perintis would be the first high-rise development in Shah Alam 2 to offer 889sq ft units that come with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The development, to be launched in November, is open for registration.
A big crowd was seen at the Ekovest Bhd booth that has a towering scale model of the upcoming Ekovest Tower that will be located at Ekovest’s flagship development, EkoTitiwangsa.
The self-sustaining mixed development on 2.91 acres will be at the stretch beginning at the KL River City project that will celebrate a unique riverside lifestyle. Comprising three towers of 696 service apartments, the project will be part of the Eko River Centre master plan that has a gross development value (GDV) of RM10bil.
Another of the company’s project on display is Oasis Kajang, an integrated township with a GDV of RM70mil. Home to 112 units of exclusive two-storey terrace houses on 12 acres, they have spacious built-up that ranges from 1,953sq ft to 2,376sq ft.
Yet another crowd-puller is EkoCheras that will seamlessly blend the elements of business, living, hospitality and leisure together.
Ekovest sales and marketing manager Brandon Lim said the RM1.6bil project on 12 acres would be in close proximity to the upcoming Taman Mutiara MRT station.
“We are not only the developer of our projects, but also the contractor, which helps to keep costs lower than that of other similar developments. In this regard, we are able to keep our property prices affordable,” Ekovest managing director Datuk Lim Keng Cheng said.
Property buyers at the fair who submit their sales order form stand a chance of winning Senheng cash vouchers worth RM888, RM2,888 and RM5,888.
Today and tomorrow, the top prize will be a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite, with 20 one-year subscriptions of The Star e-paper to be won on each day.
