i-City property showcase to display homes below RM500,000 this weekend

The i-City property showcase, which will run from April 22 to 24, will showcase the integrated development’s properties priced below RM500,000 such as its Liberty Tower, Parisien Tower and Hyde Tower projects at the i-Gallery @ i-City in Shah Alam.

i-City is a 72-acre freehold project in Shah Alam developed by I-Bhd.



“The three projects have built-ups ranging from 466 sq ft to 769 sq ft and is fully furnished with interior designs that include kitchen cabinets with hood and hob, wardrobes, bed sets, air conditioners and television,” said i-City Properties Sdn Bhd director of marketing Monica Ong.

“The three projects are also located in close proximity to the 1.5 million sq ft Central i-City shopping mall due for completion by end-2018, offices and the Leisure Park @ i-City,” she added.

The 34-storey Liberty Tower with a modern New York design is priced from RM360,000 and is slated for completion in the first half of 2018.

The Parisien Tower, inspired by French-styled homes, offers 350 apartment units with prices starting from RM360,000 and is also due for completion in the first half of 2018.

Meanwhile, Hyde Tower, which is inspired by Hyde Park in London, boasts 517 units of serviced apartments spread across 36 residential floors with a six-storey ample parking facility below.

“There are also two levels of retail lots on the first and ground floors of this serviced apartment – each offering a very unique retail environment,” said Ong.

The i-City Edition Property Showcase will also feature luxury condominium – the 50-storey 8 Kia Peng @ KLCC.

8 Kia Peng, which comprises 442 fully-furnished units in a single tower block, is located in the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur.

Concurrently held with the property showcase will be a flea market event with various activities such as magic shows and live band performances on Saturday and Sunday for the public.

During the three-day event, various industry experts, including Henry Butcher Retail and Retail Group Malaysia managing director Tan Hai Hsin, Malaysian Institute of Geomancy Sciences’ president Professor Joe Choo, and financial experts Alan Poon and Gary Chua, will be giving talks and insights on property investment strategies. - The Edge Property
